Lee Westwood is taking a two-shot lead into today's final round of the Open Championship at Muirfield.
The Englishman carded a 70 yesterday to finish three under, ahead of the American pair of Tiger Woods and Hunter Mahan.
Westwood is yet to win a major, but 2011 champion Darren Clarke thinks he can go all the way.
"He is obviously playing extremely well and he is giving himself another chance to win his first major," he said.
"I have no doubt that he has the talent and the ability to do it
"I think he will be fine tomorrow, it's a funny old game you get what you deserve eventually, and there is no question that Lee deserves at least one."
Clarke is joint best of the Irish after a disappointing round yesterday.
He will tee off in the next hour on six over with Graeme McDowell.
Already on the course Shane Lowry has picked up three shots through 11 to move to seven over par, while Padraig Harrington is 11 over with a hole to play.
