O' Donoghue, O'Keeffe secure Fianna Fail seats

Justice Minister John O'Donoghue has been elected on the first count in Kerry South. He polled 25.77% of the vote.

Jackie Healy Rae won 17% of first preference votes in the constituency.

Meanwhile, Fianna Fail's Ned O'Keeffe has been elected in Cork East, with more than 23% of the vote.

He is closely followed by running mate Michael Ahern on 18%.
