A man has died in a house fire in Dublin, while two others were rescued from the blaze.
The man, aged in his 40s, died in the fire in Sheepmoor Gardens in Blanchardstown at around 9am on Thursday morning.
Firefighters and four appliances from Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene.
The fire service said two people were safely rescued from the house.
The scene remains preserved for a technical examination.
