Keatley and Archer extend Munster contracts

Rob Penney and his coaching staff received a boost with Munster duo Ian Keatley and Stephen Archer agreeing new two-year contract extensions with the province.

25-year-old fylhalf Keatley joined the Thomond Park in 2011 after a three-year stint with Connacht and has 39 Munster caps to his name.

Tighthead prop Archer, who celebrates his twenty-fifth birthday next week, is a product of the Munster Academy and made his senior debut against Edinburgh in 2009.

One player making his exit from the southern province is hooker Sean Henry who will return to his native Connacht at the end of this season.
