The Streets star Mike Skinner was forced to leave a dinner date with Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin early because of his inebriated sister's embarrassing behaviour.

The rapper had to take his drunken sibling home after she spilt a glass of wine over the Coldplay frontman.

The 26-year-old said: "My sister came with me and she was really drunk. She spilt a glass of wine over Chris so we left. I had to pull my sister away and we went home."

Skinner added: "I gave up drinking about three months ago. It's been hell because people do want to buy you drinks and you think: 'Mate, you're not really helping me are you really?'"
