Fine Gael leader Michael Noonan and his finance spokesman, Jim Mitchell will launch Fine Gael's economic framework for Ireland 2002 - 2006 today.

Fine Gael frontbench spokesman, Alan Dukes will chair the press conference.

Party policy director, Richard Bruton will also attend.
