Major Christmas traffic disruptions, says AA
The AA has reported traffic disruption on all main routes in Ireland this evening as the last-minute Christmas rush kicks into action.
Severe congestion is reportedly causing delays in Dublin, Galway, Limeirck, Waterford and Cork.
There are also delays on the N3 through Dunshaughlin, the N2 through Ashbourne, the N11 through Gorey, the N1 through Drogheda and the N7 through Kildare.
