Neo-natal units at Dublin hospitals criticised in report
Concern has been expressed about cleanliness standards at the Neo-natal units at two Dublin hospitals.
A HIQA report issued today shows the unit at the Children's Hospital in Temple Street and the Rotunda do not have designated cleaning staff for patient equipment.
The reports also highlight a significant concern with safe injection practices at the Rotunda.
It also points to poor hand hygiene practices at the facility.
