Three IRA suspects arrested in Colombia could be deported by next week.

The three, who are accused of training Marxist guerrillas, were arrested in Bogota earlier this week. Sources in Colombia say the men, one of whom is from the Republic, may be deported as early as next Wednesday.

The men may not automatically be rturned here, but may be sent to the countries in which they hold visas.

The British Government may also seek their extradition.

One of the men, Niall Connolly, is reported to be the official representative of Sinn Fein in Cuba and Latin America.

However, Sinn Fein continues to deny this.
