Fianna Fail are rolling out a billboard campaign as the countdown to voting to October 19 begins.

The Minister for European Affairs Dick Roche maintains that the 'No' campaign have not yet put up any argument against the economic benefits of the Nice Treaty.

The Fianna Fail campaign say that this is the biggest attempt made nationwide to persuade the voters in the last three decades.
