The CEO of Limerick's Regeneration Agency says the body will continue to be based in the Moyross estate despite threats to its staff yesterday.
There were suggestions that the office might move out of the estate after an incident involving up to 30 local residents.
Staff were seriously threatened by the group, who were upset over the seizure of a number of their horses by the City Council.
However, Regeneration Agency chief executive Brendan Kenny says the office will be staying put in the area after receiving a number of calls of support from the community.
