FG anger at Aer Rianta car park charges
Fine Gael has hit out at Aer Rianta for increasing car parking charges at Dublin Airport.
The party claims a hike of 33% was imposed to coincide with the euro changeover.
Fine Gael's Public Enterprise and Tourism spokesman Jim Higgins said the price of parking at the airport was already prohibitive, but that to up the charges even further is extremely underhand and an abuse of Aer Rianta's monopoly.
