Man arrested in connection with killing of Roy Collins

Gardaí in Co Clare have arrested a man in his 20s in connection with the fatal shooting of Roy Collins in Limerick earlier this year.

Gardaí in Co Clare have arrested a man in his 20s today in connection with the fatal shooting of Roy Collins in Limerick earlier this year.

The man was detained just before 9am in Meelick.

Roy Collins, a businessman and father-of-two, was shot dead at the Roxboro shopping centre in Limerick last April.

A 23-year-old man has already appeared in court charged with his murder.
