Gardai appeal to identify two bodies found in Dublin

Gardai have appealed for information to help identify the bodies of two men who were discovered separately in the Dublin Bay area last weekend.

On Sunday a man, who Gardai believe to be in his late 30s or early 40s, was found on rocks off Dun Laoighaire's East Pier.

He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, of slim build and with fair reddish hair.

Also on Sunday, the body of a man in his early 50s was discovered by the crew of a ship entering Dublin Port.

That man is described as being 15-16 stone, with grey hair.

He was found wearing a green sweatshirt with the "Lions Tea" logo.
