The 'Yeah 3x' star was the subject of a lawsuit from Deanna Gines, who alleged she damaged her right knee when he pushed her to the ground outside Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California in June and he has now hit back to accuse her of defamation.

In the countersuit, he accuses Gines of lying when she appeared on 'TMZ Live' days after the alleged incident and said she had been assaulted.

Brown - who was convicted of assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - goes on to say he never had any contact with the "heavily intoxicated" woman and was surrounded by security for the entire night.

The documents go on to allege Gines was "confused" over which knee she injured and had been walking fine all night, and also accuses her of swearing at club staff.

Following the alleged incident, the owner of Heat Ultra Lounge sprang to the defense of the 'Fine China' star.

The club owner told TMZ: "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at Heat on Saturday night, it is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."

The Heat Ultra Lounge boss further claims rowdy Gines repeatedly tried to jump on stage while Brown performed at the club and later attempted to sneak past security who guarded the roped-off VIP section where the crooner spent the rest of his evening.
