Four men were today being questioned by police in connection with a booby-trap bomb attack on an off-duty police officer in the North.
The officer sustained back and leg injuries during the attack in the village of Spamount as he made his way to work in Co Fermanagh on Monday night.
He was pulled from the burning wreckage of his car by a passer-by and treated at the scene by a nurse before being taken to hospital.
The four men were arrested at a number of locations around Co Tyrone.
They are being questioned in Antrim police station.
