Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road crash in Co Mayo.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road crash in Co Mayo.

A 57-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving hit a ditch at Moneen near Louisburgh yesterday afternoon.

No one else was injured in the collision.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Louisburgh garda station on 098 66055.
