Five hospitalised following two-vehicle collision in Galway

Five people have been hospitalised following a crash in Co Galway.

The two-vehicle collision happened at 8.20am this morning at Castletown Cross, Kilkerrin.

Two men and three women were taken by ambulance to University Hospital Galway.

Their conditions are not currently known.

Gardaí have launched an investigation into the crash.
