Draft agreement reached on health service reform
The Government and unions have today reached a draft agreement on health service reform - following overnight negotiations.
Talks on plans to cut public pay by €1.3bn in next week's Budget are resuming at Government Buildings.
Unions leaders say while the talks are complex and difficult - the negotiations are nearing endgame - with the hope of striking an overall deal today.
