Man dies in Westmeath car crash

A man in his mid 20s has died in a car crash in Co. Westmeath.

A man in his mid 20s has died in a car crash in Co. Westmeath.

The two-car collision occurred shortly before 5pm yesterday evening on the N52 Mullingar to Tullamore Road.

Two other men, who were in the second car, received non life-threatening injuries.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
