Three tied up and beaten during Co Armagh robbery

The RUC is investigating a robbery in Co Armagh last night in which an elderly couple and their nephew were tied up and beaten by two raiders.

The RUC is investigating a robbery in Co Armagh last night in which an elderly couple and their nephew were tied up and beaten by two raiders.

The two men forced their way into a house at Kinelowen Street in Keady at around 10pm.

They threatened the occupants with an axe handle, a knife and a hammer before tying them up and demanding money.

All three victims were treated in hospital for shock.
