Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit against several companies over a fatal plane crash, a lawyer in Los Angeles said tonight.
William Robinson, who represents some of the companies sued, says the terms of the settlement were confidential.
The settlement involved all defendants, including Learjet, Goodyear Tyre & Rubber Co and the plane’s owners and contractors.
The musician was one of two survivors of a plane crash in South Carolina on September 19, 2008 which killed two pilots and two of his friends. Another survivor, celebrity disc jockey DJ AM, has since died of what was believed to be an accidental drug overdose.
Barker sued last November, claiming the companies improperly operated and maintained the Learjet that overshot the runway and burst into flames.
