Fianna Fáil leader Bertie Ahern will travel to Co Donegal today, where his party is hoping to gain a seat in the upcoming election.
MEP Pat ‘the Cope’ Gallagher hopes to win the seat taken by independent candidate Tom Gildea at the last election.
After visiting the two constituencies in Co Donegal, Mr Ahern will travel to Sligo before departing for Cork ahead of tomorrow’s canvassing.
