Labour angry at 'wafer thin' Dáil reform plans
The Government's proposals for Dáil reform are being described as 'wafer thin' by the opposition.
Labour party chief whip Emmet Stagg said the Labour party published a 40-page document last October, outlining various suggestions which it claimed would make the Government more accountable to the electorate.
Chief Whip Emmet Stagg said he was disgusted that plans for a Friday Dáil sitting were seemingly brushed aside.
