Gardaí question two in connection with Donaldson murder

Two men remain in Garda custody this morning in relation to the death of former Sinn Féin member Denis Donaldson.

Two men remain in Garda custody this morning in relation to the death of former Sinn Féin member Denis Donaldson.

Mr Donaldson who was an informer for British Intelligence was murdered in Donegal in April 2006, just months after being expelled from Sinn Féin.

The men, one aged 70 and another in his 30's, were both detained in Donegal and are being questioned at Letterkenny Garda Station.
