New Roscommon manager Tommy Carr believes his inherited side can bounce back in 2003 from their year of shame.
The county panel was disbanded this year following some high profile ill discipline off the pitch and Carr has been drafted in to sort the problem.
He said: "The players should be anxious to sort out a few things because they were made a laughing stock this year. John Tobin has done a lot of good work so it's not a case of me going in and starting from scratch."
