An explosive device has been thrown at a police vehicle in West Belfast.

An explosive device has been thrown at a police vehicle in West Belfast.

Nobody was hurt in the incident in the early hours of the morning near the Kennedy Centre in Andersonstown.

The PSNI were responding to reports of a stolen vehicle when they came under attack.

The area has been closed off and bomb disposal experts are at the scene.
