Teenager in hospital after being burned by fireworks

A 14-year-old boy is being treated in hospital in Dublin after being burned by fireworks in Co Monaghan yesterday.

A 14-year-old boy is being treated in hospital in Dublin after being burned by fireworks in Co Monaghan yesterday.

The boy was treated locally before being transferred to Our Lady's Children’s Hospital in Crumlin.

He is said to be in a stable condition.
