Ignacio Garrido lost his three-shot lead in the first seven holes of his final round at the Spanish Open in Seville today.
Four bogeys did the damage as Garrido, trying to grab a title won by his father Antonio in 1982, dropped to 13-under-par and, as the last of them came, Dane Soren Hansen sank a 94-yard pitch on the eighth for an eagle two to move alongside him.
Miguel Angel Jimenez was on the same mark and moments later England’s David Lynn birdied the long 16th to make it a four-way tie.
The quartet were one ahead of Paraguayan Marco Ruiz.
