Katie Taylor is through to the Olympics after receiving a walkover in her World Championship quarter-final in China.
The Bray lightweight was due to face Mihaela Lacatus but the Romanian pulled out due to a neck injury.
A short time later, a fighter from Tajikistan beat her French opponent in another quarter final, which saw the Bray lightweight go through to take one of three European places up for grabs.
Her father and coach Peter said Katie couldn't even watch the match that secured her place in London, but is overwhelmed with the result.
"She just broke down," he said.
"It's unbelievable. It's been a long journey for the two of us to get here.
"You can't explain - you can't put it into words how we felt."
