Two men are being questioned by gardaí tonight in connection with the operation of brothels in Dublin.

One man in his 50s and another in his 20s were detained as part of the ongoing Operation Quest into the sex industry in the capital.

Detectives were assisted by members of The Criminal Assets Bureau during the arrest operation.

A Garda spokesman said the arrests were the latest in the ongoing investigation into the sex industry and the operation of brothels in Dublin.

Gardaí arrested 10 people during a search of a lap dancing club in the city in January.

Detectives from the Garda National Immigration Bureau assisted officers during that search as part of Operation Quest.
