Gardai have appealed for witnesses to a road accident that occurred in Cork last night.

Gardai have appealed for witnesses to a road accident that occurred in Cork last night.

The crash occurred between a car and a tractor at Smiths Road, Charleville last night at 8.30pm.

A 21-year-old man was taken to Mallow Hospital but later died. He has been named as Martin Hickey from Milford, Co Cork.
