More pieces of 'spire' on way to Dublin

The second and third pieces of 'the spire' have left their construction site in Dungarvan overnight, and are expected to arrive on O'Connell St today.

The second and third pieces of 'the spire' have left their construction site in Dungarvan overnight, and are expected to arrive on O'Connell St today.

The huge metal structures have travelled over night from Dungarvan in Waterford. Its hoped the second tier of the spire, measuring some twenty metres, will begin to be erected at around this morning.
