Two men and a woman are being questioned about a fatal assault in the North.

Two men and a woman are being questioned about a fatal assault in the North.

Forty-two-year-old Jim McFadden, a window cleaner, was attacked with sticks and bats in front on his children in the Shantallow area of Derry early on Saturday.

His 15-year-old daughter suffered facial injuries and his 16-year-old son sustained a broken arm.

It is believed he was attacked after a row broke out at a wedding.
