Elderly man dies from injuries sustained in Co Down fire

A man in his 60s has died from injuries he sustained in a fire in Banbridge, Co Down, yesterday morning.

A man in his 60s has died from injuries he sustained in a fire in Banbridge, Co Down, yesterday morning.

The man was rescued from a burning shed in Reilly Park in the early hours of the morning, but died from serious burns last night.

The PSNI is investigating the blaze, but is not treating it as suspicious.
