Hugh Jackman and Dominic West have emerged as the frontrunners in the race to play the next James Bond - because no one wants the role as much as they do.
The Brit and the Aussie are desperate to take over from Pierce Brosnan as 007 and both are happily fighting for the role.
Jackman has admitted he actually sparked his own press campaign for the part by starting a rumour he was in negotiations with producers, and Mona Lisa Smile star West says it would be a dream come true.
He says: "I've always wanted to be 007. He's the only British superhero."
