AA Roadwatch reports that the N16 Sligo to Blacklion Road is now impassable at Glenfarne due to flooding.

Parts of the N4 Sligo-Dublin road between Collooney and Castlebaldwin are also flooded, as is the N17 Galway- Sligo road at Anchonry.

Elsewhere, the Council is repairing a collapsed bank on the Ballymote - Templehouse Road in Sligo.

Motorists in Sligo town are being asked to avoid the Ballytivnan Road, which is flooded between the Duck Street roundabout and St John's Hospital.
