Man injured in Dublin shooting

A man is recovering in hospital this morning after being shot in the leg in the Kilbarrack area of Dublin just after midnight last night.

A man is recovering in hospital this morning after being shot in the leg in the Kilbarrack area of Dublin just after midnight last night.

The man’s injuries are not life-threatening.

The scene of the shooting has been sealed off pending technical examination.

Meanwhile, two shots were also fired at a caravan in north Dublin at around 2am today.

Nobody was injured and the gunman fled the scene in a car.
