Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for witnesses to a shooting incident in Clondalkin last night.

Gardaí in Dublin have appealed for witnesses to a shooting incident in Clondalkin last night.

A 52-year-old was shot in the arm by a lone gunman who entered the kitchen of his house in Collinstown Grove at 9.20pm.

The injured man was taken to Tallaght Hospital for treatment and is said to be in a stable condition.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Ronanstown gardaí.
