As expected the Munster Council has acceeded to the plea of Waterford hurling chiefs to move next Sunday's club clash with Patrickswell back by a week.

As expected the Munster Council has acceeded to the plea of Waterford hurling chiefs to move next Sunday's club clash with Patrickswell back by a week.

Deise champs Mount Sion are in action against Ballygunner on Saturday in their county final with the original Munster clash pencilled in for 24 hours later.

The tie will now be put back by seven days and the Waterford winners will meet Patrickswell on November 16.
