Staff at a computer company in Ireland are being investigated for Internet and e-mail abuse in relation to pornography.
It has been confirmed that staff at Hewlett Packard are subject to a probe into the downloading of pornographic files from the Internet.
The group employs almost 4,300 staff here in Ireland, the majority of those are based at its manufacturing plant in Leixlip in Co Kildare.
Hewlett Packard has already dismissed over 150 of its British workforce after a similar investigation was carried out in Britain.
