Kerry rescuers still searching for missing tourist

The search resumes this morning for a 22-year-old man missing in Macgillycuddy's Reeks.

The search resumes this morning for a 22-year-old man missing in Macgillycuddy's Reeks.

Olas Jansenn hasn not been heard from since last Tuesday night after setting out on a hill walk.

Bad weather has so far hampered search efforts.

Tim Murphy of Kerry Mountain Rescue has said that there is a huge team out looking for him.

He siad that there are 100 rescuers searching for the tourist and they are concentrating their search in the last place he was last seen.

The team has covered approximately 35sq km a day since the search began.
