Three still in custody over Fiona Sinnott disappearance

Two women and a man remain in garda custody in Co Wexford today in connection with the disappearance of a 19-year-old woman seven years ago.

Two women and a man remain in garda custody in Co Wexford today in connection with the disappearance of a 19-year-old woman seven years ago.

The three were all arrested yesterday morning in connection with the disappearance of Fiona Sinnott from her home in Broadway in February 1998.

Another man and woman were arrested as part of the same investigation on Wednesday, but were released without charge yesterday.

Reports this morning said the detectives leading the investigation believe they are on the verge of a major breakthrough in the case.
