The Democratic Unionist Party is due to launch its manifesto for the upcoming Westminster election in the North later today.

The document is due to be launched in the heart of the Upper Bann constituency, where Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble is currently the MP.

The DUP is hoping that its candidate, David Simpson, can oust Mr Trimble in the constituency.

Four years ago, he forced the UUP leader to a recount and lost by just 2,000 votes.
