Two men arrested in connection with 'skimming' operation
Two men were this afternoon helping the PSNI with enquiries in connection with a suspected "skimming" incident.
They were arrested after they were allegedly seen behaving suspiciously near a cash machine in Co Derry.
The pair, who were travelling in a southern registered car, were being held on suspicion of going equipped for theft.
