Celtic are without Chris Sutton for their Old Firm clash against Rangers.

Celtic are without Chris Sutton for their Old Firm clash against Rangers.

The striker has missed his second game in succession - the former Chelsea man missed the game in Valencia on Thursday because of his youngest son's illness.

John Hartson will deputise again.

Rab Douglas was the star in Spain during the week and has another incentive to keep a clean sheet - Celtic have never gone four consecutive Old Firm league games without conceding a goal.

Meanwhile, Rangers will be at full strength - with Shota Arveladze recalled in Claudio Caniggia's stead, the former Ajax man having been cup-tied on Thursday evening.

Celtic: Douglas, Balde, Mjallby, Valgaeren, Petrov, Lennon, Lambert, Moravcik, Petta, Hartson, Larsson. Subs: Gould, McNamara, Maloney, Thompson, Crainey.

Rangers: Klos, Ross, Amoruso, Konterman, Ball, Reyna, de Boer, Ferguson, Numan, Flo, Arveladze. Subs: Christiansen, Caniggia, Dodds, Wilson, Lovenkrands.

Referee: S Dougal (Scotland)
