HSE confirms two cases of meningitis

The Health Service Executive has confirmed the discovery of two recent cases of bacterial meningitis in young children in West Limerick.

The HSE also says the most recent discovery was made last Friday.

Parents in the locality are being advised to seek medical help if their child becomes unwell.
