Bohs face Sligo without duo

Sligo Rovers entertain Bohemians in tonight’s Airtricity League Premier Division clash at the Showgrounds, kick-off 7.45pm.

Gary McCabe returns to the Rovers squad after missing the 3-0 FAI Cup win against Monaghan United last Saturday due to suspension.

Rovers have a strong squad to choose from, with long-term injury victims Mauro Almeida and Richard Brush the only definite absentees.

Several players are carrying minor injuries, with Paul Cook set to make a decision over their selection with the EA Sports Cup final due to take place on Saturday evening.

For Bohs, defender Jason McGuinness is not available as he is struggling with a hamstring injury.

And Gareth McGlynn is a doubt for the trip to the north-west as he faces a fitness test on an injured knee.

Anto Murphy and Stephen Gray remain out with long-term Achilles injuries.

Gypsies manager Pat Felon said: “The lads are up for the games and always looking forward to the next one. Playing Sligo away is probably the hardest game in the league.”

And Fenlon is not too concerned about the rescheduled midweek fixture. He added: “It might be worse for Sligo, who also have to think ahead to their league cup final on Saturday.”
