A report on the planned move of 10,000 public servants to the regions has been published.

The first batch of civil servants are expected to be decentralised by January.

The report has recommended the creation of a website so that applicants for transfers can apply online.

The decentralisation group is headed by former ICTU boss Phil Flynn.

He has said the proposed website will give would-be applicants all the information they need to know in order to move to the regions.
