Gardaí have launched an investigation into a shooting in Dublin this morning.

Two shots were fired at a house on Slievemore road in Drimnagh at approximately 7am.

Gardaí have said the house was occupied at the time but no one was injured.

A silver saloon car was seen fleeing the scene.
